Our Story
Lynx PMIS was born out of a genuine commitment to help small, resource-limited contractors succeed in managing their projects. The idea emerged during a project management training session, where we saw the challenges faced by local contractors competing for small-scale projects.
These contractors were highly skilled in their trades but lacked formal project management training and were unfamiliar with modern project management software. The tools on the market were overly complex and ill-suited to their needs, often causing confusion rather than clarity.
In 2023, our team set out to close this gap with Lynx PMIS: a solution designed to be both comprehensive and intuitive.

Meet the Founder
Hilwani Shahimi, PMP
Hilwani is a project management consultant and part-time trainer with considerable experience delivering ICT projects with local and multinational companies. A Leeds University graduate, he earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2010.
He is a member of PMI, including the PMI Western Australia and Malaysia chapters, as well as the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and the Malaysia Professional Energy Association (MEPA). He has a strong interest in technology, leadership and management.
